The Introsense approach to professional development is rooted in the framework of intersectional neurodiversity which celebrates the diversity of the human mind and recognizes neurological differences as a social category on par with gender, ethnicity, and class. Introsense is dedicated to emboldening all high-achieving women of color (especially those who identify as introverted and/or neurodiverse) as well as the organizations they work in to integrate and leverage neurodiversity as their competitive advantage.

I am a social-organizational psychologist and career transition coach with over 10 years consulting experience.

The first five years of my career were turbulent. I was overworked, underpaid, mentorless and spineless – I never said no or set boundaries. I can count the number of senior leaders who looked like me and when it came to promotions, the only time I received recognition for my contributions was after I submitted my letter of resignation. 

As a result of these toxic workplaces, I continuously changed jobs and pivoted careers, which helped me get really good at telling my story, negotiate job offers and promote myself. I was able to 4x my salary within 6 years.

I am also an introverted, highly-sensitive Black woman with Dyslexia, ADHD and Complex PTSD. 

My coaching practice is rooted in the framework of intersectional neurodiversity which celebrates the diversity of the human mind and recognizes neurological differences as a social category on par with gender, ethnicity, and class.

Through Introsense, I am on a mission to help my clients rhapsodize their stories, unlock their distinctive power, and rectify self-sabotaging blocks stopping them from getting more money, power, and respect.
